Location: Fort Worth, TX We are seeking a dedicated Special Education Structured Learning Classroom (SLC) Teacher to join our middle school team for our school site in Fort Worth, TX . The ideal candidate will provide individualized instruction and support to students with significant learning needs, fostering academic growth and independence in a structured classroom environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct instruction in academic and functional skills
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Create a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid Texas teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience working with students in SLC or similar settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
