Our client, a leading commercial property management organization, is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting building operations and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, proactive problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician Location: Clinton Township, NJ Pay: $35-$38

What's the Job?

• Perform skilled repairs and preventative maintenance on complex HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within commercial properties.
• Conduct proactive building inspections to identify and address maintenance needs before issues escalate.
• Operate and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize building performance.
• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, including LOTO procedures, working at heights, confined space entry, and arc flash safety.
• Respond promptly to tenant concerns, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED with at least five years of HVAC/electrical facility-related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical work, plumbing, and building control systems.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols including LOTO, working at heights, confined space, and arc flash requirements.
• Physical ability to perform demanding maintenance tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating lifts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
