Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Manage relocations end-to-end with a focus on customer experience
• Guide customers and set clear expectations throughout the process
• Communicate with customers, teams, and partners at every stage
• Stay organized with daily tasks, emails, and milestones
• Identify and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and service authorizations
• Work across multiple CRM and operational systems simultaneously
• Utilize Excel for estimating and report updates
• Manage communication through Outlook and internal platforms
• Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail across all systems

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 1–2+ years of customer service or related experience
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, system-driven environment
• Ability to build relationships and problem-solve effectively
• Moving/relocation experience is a plus

Pay Rate $18.50-$20.00 hourly (based on experience)

This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
