Chief of Staff to the CRO

What You’ll Do Partner directly with the CRO to set and execute strategic priorities across the commercial organization Represent Via externally with customers and strategic partners, including in complex negotiations Lead cross‑functional projects with high visibility and direct business impact — from scoping through execution Test new commercial and go‑to‑market strategies in the field alongside Via’s sales teams, translating learnings into scalable playbooks Identify and drive improvements in revenue operations that impact growth and profitability Build and lead a small team as scope expands Who You Are A strategic operator: you combine analytical rigor with a bias for action — you’ve moved from "the deck" to "the doing" A natural leader: commercial teams want to work with you and for you; you lead through influence and, when needed, direct management A savvy communicator: you calibrate tone instinctively and handle sensitive internal and external conversations with care An experienced navigator: you’ve worked complex deals or partnerships, created value for both sides, and know how to get to close Comfortable with ambiguity: you thrive when the path isn’t clear and take ownership without waiting for permission 8–12+ years of experience, with a background in consulting, commercial strategy, deal‑making, or revenue leadership Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range: $200,000–$450,000 annually.
