Job Description:Easterseals NH is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team! Actively lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff while performing a broad range of housekeeping duties for the Military and Veterans Campus in order to provide clean, safe, and hospitable accommodations to guests, visitors, staff, and other critical stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience in hotel and hospitality settings!Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDThree (3) to five (5) years’ experience working in housekeeping or related field, with at least one (1) year previous experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industryTwo (2) years supervisory experience preferredKnowledge of proper cleaning techniques and infection control procedures preferredFamiliarity with health and safety regulations preferredAbility to work independently while adhering to policies and proceduresExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsMust be available for weekend shiftsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationEssential Responsibilities:Recruit, supervise, coach, evaluate, and monitor assigned direct reports and ensure staff are following Agency/Department policies and procedures.Train housekeeping staff, as requested, in the use of cleaning solvents, chemicals and equipment so they can respond appropriately to cleaning/contamination issues as they arise.Perform cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and floor care services throughout assigned areas to ensure guest-ready conditions and positive customer experiences.Clean and service guest rooms on a regular cadence to meet hospitality and department standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms.Complete laundry operations tasks, including but not limited to, washing, drying, folding, sorting linens, delivery and stocking of linens in assigned spaces.Meet organization standards for guest room, community space, front lobby, and other assigned areas to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments.Maintain the inventory of necessary cleaning supplies, linens and guest items (towels, blankets, etc.), personal care items, etc. Partner with leadership and office staff for ordering needs.Respond to campus guest and visitor inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, while providing exceptional customer service.Maintain quality control standards to ensure compliance with state licensing and operating standards.Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.Follow all program/department, safety, sanitation, and equipment rules or policies.Report any safety and maintenance concerns to maintenance department.Report any cross-contamination issues to supervisor to initiate corrective measures.Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday w/occasional evenings and weekends.Compensation: $22.00 hourly.What’s in it for you?
