End User Support Specialist

Deskside Services Technician A growing, well-established law firm in Manhattan is looking for a Deskside Services Technician to join its technology team. This is a hands-on support role in a high-touch professional services environment. The right person will enjoy working directly with attorneys, staff, and business services professionals, helping them resolve day-to-day technology issues and making sure meetings, events, and conference room technology run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be polished, reliable, service-oriented, and comfortable supporting users in person. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are important, along with experience in a law firm, financial firm, professional services firm, or another high-touch corporate environment. Comfort with conference room technology and meeting support is a plus. You will support users across the Manhattan office, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, set up and deploy equipment, assist with office moves, and work closely with the Help Desk and other technical staff to resolve desktop environment issues. The role includes support for Microsoft Surface laptops, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, phones, and Zoom / AV technology.
