Desktop Support Specialist
Soho Square Solutions
Provide L1/L2 support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory. Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device setup and decommissioning. Maintain documentation for support procedures and knowledge base articles. Qualifications: Experience in desktop support within a corporate environment. Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems like ServiceNow. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
