About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for its Connectivity Business Group. This executive leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic and operational excellence of the business, which is at the forefront of high-performance interconnect technologies for AI and cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the Senior Vice President and General Manager, leading and influencing cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of key business objectives. Responsibilities include strategic planning, business operations, program and portfolio management, financial and business planning, and driving organizational effectiveness. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational discipline, exceptional executive communication skills, and the ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's or MBA, and at least 15 years' of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, engineering leadership, or product management. A background in semiconductor, networking, cloud infrastructure, AI systems, or related technology industries is highly valued. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in executive-level functions, strong business acumen, and the ability to drive results through data and metrics. The ideal candidate will be a highly collaborative, influential leader, with a bias for action, and a relentless focus on results. Experience with C-level executives and a deep understanding of the technology industry, including product development lifecycles and go-to-market execution, are essential.
