Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. In this position, the specialist will conduct outreach to prospective and existing customers, promote products or services, and support the development of sales campaigns. Daily tasks include engaging with customers via phone, email, and online channels, responding to inquiries, and providing information that supports purchasing decisions. The role also involves assisting with basic marketing activities such as preparing sales materials, supporting online promotions, and coordinating with internal team members to ensure consistent messaging. The specialist will track key metrics, maintain accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools, and participate in training sessions to stay informed about offerings and best practices.
