Job TitleLocation: 550 W. Adams St. Chicago, IL 60661Primary Day-To-Day ResponsibilitiesAssist and troubleshoot end-user technical issues as they arise. Application support - Experience with Microsoft O365, all Office products, InTune, Oracle, Java, Citrix, Cisco Any Connect, Internet browsers, and email clients. Account create – Experience with Active Directory account creation, deletion, reset. Imaging/support (SCCM) experience required - Building and deploying Windows (client) computers for new and current staff. Managing hardware retrieval from staff that are off boarded from the corporation. Documenting all activity and interactions in the ticketing system – ServiceNow.Required SkillsTroubleshooting/Problem Solving, Customer Service, Communication.Work ScheduleM-F 7:00AM – 4:00PM.On Call or DifferentialsYes - but only after conversion.ExperiencePrefer min 5 years. Do they need any specific certifications or education? 2-5 years of related work experience in PC Deskside Support, an AA degree, or technical training/equivalent combination of education and experience. A+ Certification is a plus.Conversion Rate$26/hr.Work Location550 W.
