Job Title SECRETARY III (.8 FTE) / REGISTRAR (.2 FTE) Position Type Secretarial/Clerical/ Secretary III Start Date Starts: June 2026 Location Washington Innovation Center (Billings Early College School, Billings Opportunity School and Elementary Quest Program) Term & Hours 12‑Month; 8 hours/day; Monday – Friday Compensation $18.94/hour for 90 workday probationary period; then $21.04/hour Fully paid insurance, PERS retirement, vacation/sick days Responsibilities Excellent skills in human relations Excellent phone and communication skills A sense for routine management decisions to help department Multi‑tasking abilities Strong computer skills, Word and Excel Arrange and schedule meetings Assist and maintain budget records and financial reports Maintains a comprehensive computer data system executing detailed student records Composes/types correspondence and reports Receptionist and office duties Monitors, evaluates and maintains student records, grades, transcripts and schedules Prepares and distributes report cards and student records Checks accuracy of student schedules and grades Registers new students and places them in proper courses Other duties as assigned Qualifications Requires a High School diploma or equivalent Two years of secretarial coursework at a technical school or college; three years of secretarial experience and/or combination of education and experience Position Status Open until filled EEO Statement An Equal Opportunity Employer: This employer does not knowingly discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or national origin. #J-18808-Ljbffr
