Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Job Overview Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, regulatory compliance, and staff performance in a skilled nursing environment.
