Hand & Stone is a rapidly growing brand that has over 650 locations nationwide. We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable Spa Assistant Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills and a self‑starter to help oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our spa. This individual will establish and implement programs to achieve higher levels of service. We are looking for a dynamic leader to motivate staff and provide hands‑on leadership of this business. He or she must understand the necessity of collaboration and guide the staff to operate with peak efficiency through coordination, communication and cooperation. This position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service. The Spa Assistant Manager works alongside our spa associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the Assistant Manager ensures smooth spa operations managing schedules, maintaining spa supplies, and handling any customer or staff questions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably with past management experience.
