Jr Pickleball Coach

Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Jr Pickleball Coach to join our team! As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you! Position includes managing younger players before, during and after sessions. Responsibilities Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. Lead structured practices. Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement. Individualize practices to suit each child’s abilities. Communicate with parents/guardians. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team. Qualifications Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred but not required. Comfortable with speaking to children and parents. Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required.
