Law Firm Marketing Associate

Job Description
- Drive the development and execution of firmwide marketing and business development strategies that elevate brand presence and support revenue growth
- Lead the creation and refinement of high-impact marketing materials, including pitch decks, client alerts, website content, and attorney biographies
- Own website content management across CMS platforms and spearhead SEO optimization efforts to maximize digital visibility
- Partner with attorneys to craft compelling RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations that win business
- Conceive, plan, and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives from concept through completion
- Manage social media and digital marketing efforts across platforms, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance tracking
- Analyze marketing metrics and deliver actionable reports on campaign performance, ROI, and growth opportunities
- Maintain and optimize marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities - translating insights into strategic recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- 3-10 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce and Mailchimp
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Polished professional presence with the ability to engage credibly with attorneys and senior stakeholders
- Experience with legal directory submissions and awards processes
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, basic HTML, and SEO/SEM tools
- Strong grasp of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Background in event planning or client engagement initiatives
