On-Site Construction Lead: Budget, Schedule & Subcontractors

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on construction estimator/manager to lead cost estimation, budgeting and scheduling across multiple sites. The role requires extensive on-site coordination and travel to remote markets to ensure projects stay on time and within budget. Applicants should have construction experience (multi-family preferred), a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with NAV, ProCore, Sage and Microsoft Office.
