An outstanding, full-time opening has become available in the Denver, CO area for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience as a Concrete Foreman with a background in Foundation projects . This position would earn a generous base salary and great benefits package including medical benefits, a 401K w/ matching, PTO and other outstanding perks. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have 3-5+ years of Foreman or related experience, working with Commercial and Residential Concrete projects. Experience with manpower planning , project tracking , blueprint-reading , and Management of small to midsize crews is a MUST . Familiarity with both Flatwork and Foundation projects is a MUST . Valid Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card (or eligibility to obtain) REQUIRED Degree or Vocational School in Construction Management and/or ACI Certification is a BIG PLUS .
