Government Operations Consultant I – Department of Children and Families, Ocala, Florida The Department of Children and Families seeks a Government Operations Consultant I to lead the Economic Self Sufficiency Program Document Processing Center in Ocala, Florida. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of documents for food, cash, and medical assistance eligibility while providing operational leadership and performance coaching to contracted vendor staff. The incumbent will monitor production rates, conduct quality assurance, assign tasks, and train staff while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to regulations. Key qualifications One year of full-time professional experience with high-volume document management systems such as MyACCESS portal Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Two years of full-time professional experience conducting interviews and determining applicant eligibility for public assistance services Formal leadership experience with delegate authority and responsibilities Strong data analysis skills with ability to prepare reports and make recommendations Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
