What You'll Do

• Provide expert ICU patient care across multiple ICU units including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, NICU, and SICU
• Float as needed to cover different ICU shifts, maintaining high standards of patient safety and care
• Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for documentation and communication
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and respond to emergencies effectively
• Adhere to all healthcare standards and protocols, including BLS and ACLS certifications

What You Need

• Current active RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in a similar hospital setting
• Strong critical care skills and ability to float between ICU units
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; CPI and CCRN preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
