Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality ICU patient care to a diverse patient population
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Monitor patient vital signs and real-time data, including Epic systems
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations

What You Need

Valid RN license for Louisiana
Minimum 2 years ICU experience
ACLS and BLS certifications; CCRN preferred
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills

About the Assignment

This ICU assignment offers an exciting opportunity to work in a well-respected healthcare setting in New Orleans, LA. The unit is dedicated to delivering exceptional critical care with a patient ratio of 1:2 and includes weekend and holiday shifts. Flexibility to float to other ICUs such as MICU, Neuro, TICU, or Burn units is required, and the shift schedule is structured with a strict maximum of 5 days RTO. Scrubs are Navy blue.
