Position Summary

KVX USA, INC. is seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, with primary responsibility for inventory control, shipping and receiving, material handling, and warehouse organization .

The Warehouse Lead will help ensure that cabinetry, vanities, and related products are accurately received, stored, tracked, picked, and shipped while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse. This position requires someone who is comfortable working both independently and as a lead for other warehouse personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records and physical inventory counts.
• Receive and verify incoming products against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Ensure all inventory movements, transfers, receipts, and shipments are accurately recorded in the company's inventory management system.
• Perform cycle counts and periodic physical inventory counts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged products.
• Maintain accurate product locations and ensure inventory is properly labeled and organized.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report recurring discrepancies or operational issues to management.
• Assist with inventory organization and space utilization as product volume increases.

Shipping & Receiving

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Receive containers, trucks, and other deliveries and verify quantities and product condition.
• Inspect incoming products for visible damage and document discrepancies before products are placed into inventory.
• Prepare, pick, stage, and verify customer and transfer orders for shipment.
• Confirm outgoing shipments are complete and accurate before loading.
• Coordinate with trucking companies, freight carriers, drivers, and management regarding pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, delivery receipts, and damage reports.
• Help prioritize container unloading and outbound orders based on operational requirements.
• Ensure products are properly secured and handled to minimize damage during loading, unloading, and storage.

Warehouse Operations & Leadership

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of warehouse personnel.
• Assign tasks and help ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Safely move and store cabinets, vanities, pallets, and other large or heavy products.
• Maintain organized pallet-racking, staging, receiving, and shipping areas.
• Ensure aisles, loading areas, exits, and workspaces remain clean and unobstructed.
• Identify workflow improvements that can increase warehouse productivity and reduce product damage.
• Communicate inventory, staffing, shipping, receiving, and operational issues promptly to management.
• Help train new warehouse employees on proper procedures and safety expectations.
• Promote compliance with company safety procedures and applicable warehouse regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory control, or logistics experience required.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or similar position preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift strongly preferred.
• Experience with pallet racking and handling large or bulky products preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to read purchase orders, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/ERP software; Odoo experience is a plus .
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple inbound and outbound activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive warehouse activities.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials consistent with company safety procedures.
• Ability to work around forklifts, pallet racking, loading areas, trucks, and shipping containers.

Performance Expectations

Success in this position will be measured primarily by inventory accuracy, order accuracy, timely shipping and receiving, product damage prevention, warehouse organization, safety compliance, and overall warehouse productivity .
