Concierge Care is continuing to grow and is looking for qualified Florida Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our W-2 home care team.

We currently have multiple clients ready to be staffed throughout Jacksonville and the surrounding communities. Whether you're looking for a few recurring shifts or hoping to build a full weekly schedule, we have a variety of home care opportunities available.

Our clients are located throughout:

• Jacksonville (Multiple Clients available now!!)
• Orange Park
• Middleburg
• Fleming Island
• Ponte Vedra
• Fruit Cove (Client available now!)
• Julington Creek
• Yulee (Multiple Clients available now!!)
• Fernandina Beach
• Callahan
• Macclenny
• St. Augustine (Multiple Clients available now!!)
• Palm Coast (Multiple Clients available now!!)
• Keystone Heights
• And surrounding Northeast Florida communities

• • W-2 employment
  • $18–$22 per hour (higher-paying opportunities available on select assignments)
  • Weekly pay by direct deposit

-Active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate issued by a Florida-licensed training school (prior experience with another agency does not qualify)

-Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance

-CPR certification

-Social Security card

-A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases

-Completed CEUs:
• 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication

-Required dementia training through Elder Affairs
