This role is deeply involved in client relationships while handling the logistics of consulting and coaching engagements, client offsites, and business development. Most of your time will be spent with a senior client-facing Partner and the project teams around her. The balance, roughly 25-40%, will be spent supporting Trium's Founder & Chairman, whose work centers on CEO coaching, relationship building, and business development. His priorities span firm business and his wider professional commitments, and some are personal in nature.In this role, you will be responsible for enabling the Partners and project teams you support to focus on the most important objectives. This involves simultaneously maintaining long-range visibility into future needs and constraints, ensuring that the flow of work across many client engagements is being serviced, and managing a variety of internal operations projects that touch every part of the firm. Utmost professionalism is important, but also a casual comfort in your capabilities.This role is Bay Area based. Our team is centered around the SF Bay Area, and our SF-based team is in the office two days per week, with additional days as needed when client offsites and other commitments call for it.Administration Work closely with both Partners providing direct support around high volume scheduling, inbox and priority management, expenses, and correspondenceDraft articulate client communications for Partners and ConsultantsPrioritize responsibilities based on shifting dynamics and proactively determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response with a high level of confidentialityServe as a primary point of contact for scheduling coordination with clients, prospects, and/or third-party vendorsManage business development process, including updating Partners' LinkedIn profiles, creating and maintaining contact lists for Partners, updating CRM, drafting business development communications, and driving opportunity tracking of potential business development and networking opportunitiesKeep the Founder & Chairman well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and track follow-ups through to closureBook domestic and international travel and plan/manage complex itinerariesProject Management Adapt and collaborate within various project team configurations to execute all operational aspects of complex client projects from start to finish, including scheduling client diagnostic interviews and other client meetingsAccurately capture and synthesize large quantities of information during interactions with clients and EAs, internal team meetings, interviews, etc.Coordinate events for internal and external activities, including space rental, catering, AV setup, collaborating with client teams, including travel to client sites as neededCreate clear, compelling, and visually appealing documents using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, AI-enabled tools, and other mediums to bring a story or concept to lifeBuild effective relationships with the support staff of our clientsOperational Improvement Engage in special projects as needed for the firmWork with the larger operations team to develop strategies and systems that elevate the firm's capabilities for seamless operations internally and an excellent client experienceUse AI tools to raise both the quality and the speed of your own workIdentify where AI can improve how the firm operates, build and document workflows others can adopt, and share what you learn with the operations communityBe seen as a go-to resource on project and event logisticsActively participate in and contribute to the culture of the operations community through collaboration, sharing of best practices, periodic facilitation of internal Operations meetings, fostering connection and relationship, supporting one another, etc.Anticipate needs of Partners and clients - be the connecting thread and help to paint the full picture, providing perspective and advocating for changes in approach or plans where needed, ensure team stays on track for desired outcomesEngage as a cross-functional ambassador across multiple Partners and supporting teammates, including connecting the dots across the firm for the Founder & Chairman and surfacing the context he needsCollaborate, partner, and pitch in; everyone on the Trium team rolls up their sleeves, regardless of position, title, or experience, and is accountable for creating amazing experiences for our clientsThe CompanyThe Trium Group is a West Coast-based management consulting and executive coaching firm that helps organizations solve their most complex strategic, operational, cultural, and leadership challenges. Based on pay transparency guidelines, a reasonable expectation for the salary range is listed. Actual base salary will be dependent on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and/or other job-related factors.
