Senior Employment Counsel — Global Policy & Compliance

Robinhood is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to provide legal support related to employment policies, investigations, and compliance. The role is based in New York or Menlo Park, requiring in-person attendance at least 3 days per week.
The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree and at least 7 years of legal experience, including a minimum of 3 years in employment law. You will collaborate with various teams on legal matters while navigating a fast-paced environment.
