Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to join a growing financial institution in Miami. This highly visible role will partner with executive and business leadership to drive marketing strategy, product positioning, digital engagement, customer growth, and market intelligence. Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives. Lead product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and commercialization of financial products and services. Analyze market trends, competitors, customer segments, and product performance to identify growth opportunities. Drive digital marketing across web, email, social media, content, SEO, and lead generation. Develop customer segmentation and engagement strategies to support acquisition and retention. Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across customer channels. Leverage analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness. Develop KPIs and reporting to measure campaign performance, customer acquisition, and ROI. Partner closely with senior leadership and business teams on strategic initiatives. Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners. Qualifications 10+ years of marketing and digital strategy experience. Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred. Strong background in product marketing, market analysis, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategy. Experience with SEO, lead generation, email marketing, analytics, and customer segmentation. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate data and market insights into business strategy. Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
