Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Configuration Specialist with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, functional configuration, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
Analyze business requirements and facilitate client workshops.
Configure HCM tables, business rules, and application settings.
Support integrations across Payroll, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Prepare functional documentation and implementation deliverables.
Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment.
Provide best-practice recommendations, post-go-live support, and ongoing system enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud functional configuration.
Knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation processes.
Understanding of business process analysis and HCM integrations.
Experience with testing, deployment planning, and production support.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
