We support a growing family of businesses and school campuses throughout the Phoenix Valley and Tucson, and we're looking for an IT Tech Support professional who loves solving problems, helping people, and figuring out why something that "was working perfectly yesterday" suddenly isn't.If you're the person everyone calls when the Wi-Fi disappears, Outlook stops cooperating, a laptop refuses to boot, or the projector decides it has other plans — we want to meet you.What You'll Be DoingThis isn't a sit-in-one-office-and-wait-for-a-ticket kind of IT role. You'll work across multiple locations, systems, devices, and environments while helping our staff and students stay connected and productive.On any given day, you might:Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, iPads, and other devicesTroubleshoot Windows 10/11, including login issues, profiles, updates, printers, cameras, microphones, and performance problemsSupport Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointHunt down Wi-Fi and network issues involving DNS, DHCP, VLANs, TCP/IP, VPNs, and UniFi environmentsHandle password resets, MFA issues, user accounts, and Active DirectoryImage, configure, deploy, tag, and track new technologyRescue projectors, TVs, speakers, microphones, sound systems, and other A/V equipment when they decide not to cooperateSupport environments using Windows, macOS, iOS, and ChromeOSHelp staff and students understand how to use technology effectively — without making them feel like they need an IT degreeTravel between FMG/AAED locations to deploy equipment, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on supportMaintain accurate technology inventory and asset recordsIdentify recurring problems and help our Technology team find better, smarter solutionsTranslation: If it plugs in, connects to Wi-Fi, has a login, runs software, or somehow stopped working five minutes before someone needs it — there's a good chance you'll be involved.The Person We're Looking ForTechnical knowledge matters, but so does how you work with people.We're looking for someone who is:A natural problem solver who actually enjoys troubleshootingComfortable working independently instead of needing step-by-step directionPatient with people who may not be tech-savvyOrganized enough to manage multiple requests and prioritiesProfessional, dependable, and responsiveCurious enough to research a problem when the answer isn't obviousComfortable jumping between different businesses, campuses, devices, and systemsAble to explain technical problems in normal human languageA team player who understands that great IT support is ultimately great customer serviceYour Tech ToolboxYou should bring 2–3 years of hands-on IT/help desk experience or a combination of relevant education, certifications, training, and experience.We're especially interested in experience with:Operating Systems: Windows 10/11 • macOS • iOS • ChromeOSMicrosoft & Management: Microsoft 365 • Outlook • Teams • OneDrive • SharePoint • Azure Active Directory • Active Directory • MFA • Apple ConfiguratorNetworking: TCP/IP • DNS • DHCP • VPN • VLAN • Wi-Fi troubleshooting • UniFi • Basic network topologyDeployment & Hardware: PC/Laptop Repair • Device Imaging • Windows PE • Macrium Reflect • Drivers • Printers • Device Provisioning • Asset ManagementA/V: Projectors • TVs • Speakers • PA Systems • Mixers • MicrophonesBonus Points: CompTIA A+ Certification Previous internal help desk experience Network setup/troubleshooting experience Experience supporting technology in schools or multi-location organizationsThis Role Gets AroundFMG supports multiple locations, so this isn't a 100% desk-bound position.You must:Have a valid driver's licenseSuccessfully pass a 39-month DMV history checkBe able to independently travel to locations in Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, and TucsonPossess or obtain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance CardWhy Fielding Management Group?One Team.
