Interim Accounts Payable Specialist

StevenDouglas is partnering with a client in Downtown Austin in their search for a Senior/Lead Accounts Payable Specialist. This position will work on-site on a hybrid basis after an initial training period. Responsibilities Processing full-cycle accounts payable, including processing PO invoices, coding, approvals, and payment processing Partner closely with operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing Monitor and manage vendor relationships Proactively review aging reports and past-due invoices, identifying and addressing issues before they escalat Work within an AP automation system, including managing invoice routing and reviewing coding Handle a moderate-to-high volume environment (~200 invoices/month, expected to grow) Requirements 2-3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience with progression in responsibilities Experience with mid-to-large ERP systems Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work in an unstructured and evolving environment with the ability to apply best practices learned to assist with optimizing the Accounts Payable process #J-18808-Ljbffr StevenDouglas
