This role provides strategic oversight of service delivery, ensures compliance with contractual requirements, and drives operational consistency across all locations. Acting as the primary representative to client leadership, the Regional Manager builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, manages budgets across the region, and leads Area Managers to achieve high levels of performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Essential Functions:Leadership and Client LiaisonOperational Oversight and Performance MonitoringSafety and ComplianceAdditional Essential Functions:Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.Ability to work cooperatively with others.Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism.Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects.Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.Qualifications and Physical Demands:Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts.Bilingual in English and Spanish required.Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships.Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Significant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling.Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and good driving record required.Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.Additional Information / BenefitsServiceMaster by Crane IFS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
