Job Overview As the Program Coordinator at Cintrifuse, you will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, and execution of founder-focused programming that supports the growth of high‑potential startups across the Cincinnati startup ecosystem. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will help deliver exceptional experiences across flagship programs, cohort‑based programs, and founder events. This role serves as the operational backbone of Cintrifuse’s programming efforts, coordinating logistics, managing communications, supporting participant engagement, and ensuring programs run smoothly from application through completion. The Program Coordinator will build strong relationships with founders, mentors, speakers, investors, and ecosystem partners while helping maintain the high‑touch, founder‑centric experience that distinguishes Cintrifuse’s programming. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and building thriving startup communities. Reports to Program Manager Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Flagship Program Execution Coordinate planning and onsite execution of Cintrifuse’s flagship programs, ensuring a high‑quality experience for participants, speakers, and stakeholders. Support Program Manager in executing program logistics, including scheduling, speaker coordination, venue and virtual platform management, communications, materials, vendors, and day‑of execution. Support real‑time program delivery by anticipating challenges and resolving issues as they arise. Cohort‑Based Program Execution Coordinate application review processes, founder interviews, and cohort selection activities for cohort‑based programs. Own day‑to‑day coordination and execution of programs, ensuring a seamless and high‑quality experience for founders, mentors, speakers, investors, and stakeholders. Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for participating founders, building trusted relationships and acting as the connective tissue that keeps cohorts engaged, informed, and supported. Support continuous improvement through participant feedback and program evaluation. Support activation of Cintrifuse Capital team members, advisors, and ecosystem partners to provide meaningful value to founders throughout each program. Portfolio Event Support Support execution of founder programming, including community events, roundtables, peer circles, workshops, and networking events. Qualifications Proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑oriented Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, event management, marketing, entrepreneurship or a related field 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, event management, project coordination, community engagement, or a related role Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills Extremely detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Strong hospitality and customer‑service mindset with a passion for creating exceptional participant experiences Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, organization, and program delivery Interest in entrepreneurship, startups, and supporting founder success Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data. Salary starts at $60,000, based on experience along with bonus potential.
