About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Executive Director to join their team. This strategic, hands-on leadership role is designed for a high-potential leader who is committed to the values of the organization. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the community, with the goal of preparing to assume full responsibility for its overall management. This includes ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of compassion and resident-centered care. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from assisting with recruitment and hiring to leading the onboarding and mentoring of new department directors. The Associate Executive Director will also be involved in financial management, sales plan execution, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. Candidates for the Associate Executive Director position at the company must be at least 21 years of age and possess the necessary state and federal administrator's and other licenses/certifications in good standing. A background in healthcare management, particularly in providing residential care to the elderly, is essential. The role requires a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations. A commitment to the values of the organization, including the ability to deal with sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion, is a must.
