Benefits & Payroll Coordinator/Bookkeeper

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Benefits & Payroll Coordinator to support the financial and operational side of our growing insurance and financial services agency. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate payroll, commission, PTO, and employee benefit records while helping ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable managing sensitive financial and employee information in a fast-paced environment.
