This is an in-person, full-time contract opportunity supporting a diverse caseload of 32 students, located near Bremerton, WA. Engage in a collaborative environment focused on student growth and development while working closely with educators and families.

Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification.
• Washington State OT License.
• Fingerprinting completed through OSPI.
• Experience supporting student needs in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site for the duration of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students at a single elementary campus.
• Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional expertise to support students’ educational goals.
• Foster a positive, engaging environment where students feel empowered to reach their full potential.
