Job Summary and Qualifications Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. High School Graduate / GED. (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or Work Experience in Lieu of Credential, or (TS‑C) Tech in Surgery - Certified. No Travel Required.
