Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Human Resources team in the role of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) . The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leaders and teams, aligning HR strategies with business goals across Indiana University Health. This role supports talent management, engagement, workforce planning, and leader development while driving system-wide HR initiatives and partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence to address regional and functional needs. Key Relationships Reports to: Director – Human Resources, Regional Direct reports: None Shift: Full Time, Monday – Friday; hybrid model (in office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Location: Indianapolis, IN The Scope: Partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders Relationship building Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence Ensuring system-wide initiatives are implemented effectively Candidate Qualifications Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required; Master’s Degree preferred 3–5 years of relevant Human Resources experience Experience executing HR programs and initiatives Ability to guide the application of HR – related regulations and laws (e.g., FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) Experience working in a highly matrixed and complex work environment preferred The “DNA” for Success Confident Advisor: You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders and navigating complex, high‑stakes conversations.
