Practice Highlights:  

• Up to $50K sign-on bonus  
• $300.00 P/H 1st year W2 Platform
• Travel, lodging, and expenses covered  
• Meal per diem
• Control schedule with advance planning and no on-call shifts

What your practice will look like:  

Youll work across multiple USACS partner hospitals, providing emergency medicine coverage where its needed most. The STAT model offers variety in practice settings while maintaining consistency through USACS-supported teams, workflows, and clinical resources. 

About the role:  

The Strategic Traveling Ambassador Team (STAT) is designed for Physicians seeking flexibility, travel, and diverse clinical experiences. Physicians live where they choose while traveling to support sites nationwide, with schedules planned in advance and strong operational support.

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Estimated employed W-2 compensation:
• Year 1: $300/hour & $50k sign bonus
• Year 2: Retention rate increase: $315/hour

Requirements:  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• The successful candidate will have to thrive in a wide variety of often challenging clinical and administrative circumstances.
