Attorney

A law firm seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney in Irving, TX. The role involves managing a docket of approximately 50 cases, investigating and developing cases, and preparing them for litigation. The attorney will work closely with clients and case managers to ensure thorough case development. Duties Investigate and develop commercial cases. Manage client communications and case status updates. Handle property damage claims and prepare expense requests. Conduct criminal and social media investigations. Prepare and document demands for case settlements. Act as a liaison between management and adjusters. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal obligations. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing. 0-3 years of personal injury experience. Strong commitment to client service and excellent writing skills. Experience supervising non-attorneys preferred. Valid TX driver license and good driving record. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Certifications Licensed Attorney in Texas Skills Strong initiative and leadership skills. Detail-oriented with effective communication abilities. Customer service and emotional intelligence. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
