Client Service Representative

Who We Are Looking For: A Dallas-based Client Services professional excited about delivering comprehensive financial services to clients. Supporting advisors and partners, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison between clients and their advisor. You have strong communication skills and a detailed understanding of investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, tax and estate planning, and charitable giving. Your Role and Responsibilities: Manage and contribute to the preparation of client review materials including investment reports, executive summaries, performance analysis, cash flow planning, and charitable summaries. Research and analyze unique situations such as retirement accounts and benefits, investment products, income tax planning, estate planning and risk management options. Analyze investment portfolios, complete investment recommendations, create financial projections, and present on specific topics in client review meetings. Monitor client account cash balances, review monthly cash reports, manage new account applications and the transfer process, and implement investment recommendations using Financial Custodial Systems (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.). Coordinate with third-party professionals including custodians, investment managers, accountants, and attorneys on behalf of clients. What You Bring to the Table: One or more years of relevant professional experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Prior work experience in a team environment, knowledge of the financial services, accounting, or law is a plus. Experience with portfolio management systems preferred.
