Front Desk & Guest Services Specialist

Concept is seeking a Xperience Associate to deliver exemplary guest services at the front desk and breakfast area. The role involves managing daily front office tasks, handling reservations, payments, and guest requests, while maximizing sales and controlling expenses in collaboration with the management team. The Xperience Associate will step into the Manager on Duty role in the absence of the Xperience Manager and contribute to our core values of guest satisfaction, accountability, and #J-18808-Ljbffr ADP, Inc.
