Role Description The Dental Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice. This role includes managing patient scheduling and flow, coordinating front office activities, and ensuring an efficient, welcoming experience from check-in through check-out. The Dental Office Manager monitors billing, insurance verification, collections, and financial reporting, while supporting compliance with practice policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising and mentoring administrative staff, collaborating with clinical team members, and helping implement process improvements that support quality patient care and a positive work environment. Qualifications Strong Dental Practice Management and Practice Management skills for overseeing daily operations and workflows. Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external partners. Solid understanding of Dental Care processes to coordinate smoothly with clinical team members and support informed patient communication. Experience with dental office software, scheduling and billing systems, and insurance processing. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice. Prior experience in a dental or healthcare office management role; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. Competitive wage.
