Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience - (Kansas City, MO) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Kansas City neuroscience territory to support healthcare providers with patient access, reimbursement education, and treatment adherence. The role involves field-based collaboration with providers and internal teams to resolve access barriers and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement procedures, claims submissions, and payer coding requirements
• Conduct field-based reimbursement support and access discussions with providers and office staff, spending up to 50% on-site
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and internal teams to identify and resolve patient access barriers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers while managing territory logistics and account planning
• Partner with managed care colleagues and serve as subject matter expert on access and affordability solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or public administration; MBA or MPH preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in reimbursement or account management
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer reimbursement processes
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data for access solutions
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in healthcare ecosystem
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage and coding requirements
