Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for an outpatient clinic specializing in family practice. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services, medication dispensing, and patient support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer primary nursing care to patients in a family medicine or outpatient setting.
• Take vital signs, assist with examinations, and document patient histories accurately.
• Dispense medications within LVN scope of practice and provide patient education.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
• Maintain a sterile and organized environment, adhering to infection control standards.
• Complete required clinical modules during orientation, tracking progress and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Valid state LVN license required at the time of submission.
• Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient clinic or urgent care experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
• Proficient in patient care, medication administration, and primary care procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a busy outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient support.
