VP of People Operations

Empowering a growing team, the full-time remote VP of People Operations will lead talent acquisition efforts, design scalable people systems, and enhance organizational effectiveness to support the company's ambitious growth goals. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruiting pipeline, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and optimizing hiring channels Design and implement people systems for onboarding, retention, and performance management aligned with business objectives Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to leadership to improve workforce effectiveness and support decision-making Required Qualifications 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibility Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Experience in managing contractor-centric or distributed teams Strong understanding of contractor classification, employment law, and risk mitigation
