About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for People and Business Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational aspects of the organization. This senior leadership position is focused on leading HR, recruiting, and business operations, with a strong emphasis on talent strategy and end-to-end recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing the employee experience, leading a culture of feedback and development, and managing all HR and recruiting systems and data. Additionally, the role involves supporting general business operations, leading agenda and presentation preparation for meetings, and providing business-oriented project management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in people and business operations, with a significant background in fast-moving startup environments, particularly in the tech and manufacturing sectors.
