Operations Coordinator - Bellville, TX

JOBTITLE – Operations Coordinator $24.00 per hour Greetand direct people, in person and on phone to the people that need to becontacted. To efficiently and accurately manage the flow ofinformation and documentsto the correctdepartment/personnel. To assist with newemployeeonboarding,benefit enrollment andpaperwork associated with the onboarding process. Ordering of boots for all locations and the distribution of these in a timelyfashion, as well as uniforms for new employees at all locations. This position will alsoassist in quotes for our lime customers as well as the billing portion after alime job is complete. Essential Functions Mustpossesstheabilitytoeffectivelycommunicateorallyandinwriting. HR representative– Track open requisitions, receive pre-screenedapplicants from recruiter, contact applicants, explain the hours, position andschedule in-person tour and interview. Create meeting invite throughoutlook with Managers, HR and Recruiter for scheduled interview/tour.Receive and print conditional offer paperwork from HR. If a conditional offeris given, go over the conditional offer paperwork and have the candidatecomplete the paperwork and provide drug test form. Once completed, thenforward it to HR. Once cleared to begin employment, call them to bring themin for orientation, go over benefits and assist them into logging intolearnshare for their orientation training as well as schedule them for new hirewebinar. Create and maintain employee personnel files. Assist employeesand Corporate HR with anything needed. Other duties also include– Reach out to obtaining correct paperwork from new vendorsso they can be set up for billing, obtain renewals of COIs and Vendor/Visitorpackets and send to Insurance. Assist managers and all employees in day-to-day operations as needed Assist in quoting andscheduling Lime for customer. Also billing when the job is complete. ComputerskillsincludeMSWord,Excel,PowerPointandOutlook Evacuation Roll Call Update roll call sheets with any new hires or removetermed employees. During an event or drill, do roll call to account for anycontractors or visitors on site and keep in contact with all managers duringthe event. Boots and Uniforms Pull and issue boots and uniforms for all newhires. Order and stock boots for Bellville as well as other locations for newrequests. Work with Cintas for employee uniform issues and torequest uniforms for employees coming up on their 90 days. Drivers Assist Corporate Distribution with the conditional offers andonboarding process. Ensure any missing/requested driver trip sheets that arescanned over to distribution. Archive old trip sheets Phones / Visitors Answer phone calls and either assist the called ordirect them to the appropriate contact. Ensure all visitors sign the logbook and show all the welcome video and have them sign off.
