Assistant Manager

We are an independently operated grocery store chain proudly serving communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff.

Qualified candidates should possess:

Strong customer service and communication skills
The ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
Open and reliable availability
Preferred experience in supervising staff, creating schedules, merchandising, and managing expense controls
