Assistant Manager
We are an independently operated grocery store chain proudly serving communities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to both customers and staff.
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- The ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Open and reliable availability
- Preferred experience in supervising staff, creating schedules, merchandising, and managing expense controls
