EnSight Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to help keep materials moving efficiently through our operations team. If you're organized, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting production operations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methodsCreate bills of lading and verify shipments against work ordersReceive and inspect incoming materials to ensure accuracySort, package, label, and track inventory and shipmentsDeliver materials to production teams and designated project locationsInvestigate shipment discrepancies and track proof of delivery when neededSupport warehouse organization and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activitiesParticipate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy effortsMaintain shipping and receiving records within the ERP systemSafely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, and forklifts (as trained)What We're Looking ForQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred3-5 years of warehouse, inventory, or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience using ERP systems such as SyteLine preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendorsCommitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usagePhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent use of hands and arms for handling materialsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionallyAbility to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment and safely perform physical tasks required for shipping and receiving functionsWhy Join EnSight Solutions?At EnSight, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering quality solutions to our customers.
