Onsite Desktop Technician - Federal End-User IT Support

LCG in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Desktop Technician, Associate to provide on-site and remote end-user IT support in a secure federal research environment supporting NIH. You will handle desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, ensuring compliance with NIH/HHS standards for about 350–475 users across Windows and macOS. Responsibilities include Tier II/III support, imaging and deploying devices, Office 365, security controls, patching, Active Directory and PIV/CAC, remote access, and #J-18808-Ljbffr
