What You' ll Do Program CNC lathes and mills using Mazatrol and G-code for stainless steel and engineered plastics. Interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models to create precise machining instructions. Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds to maximize efficiency while maintaining tight tolerances. Set up and prove out new programs, making adjustments to ensure first-piece quality. Collaborate with machinists and quality inspectors to troubleshoot and refine processes. Maintain organized program files and documentation for repeatability and compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and scrap rates. What You' ll Bring Proven CNC programming experience with Mazatrol and G-code. Strong background in machining stainless steel and understanding its unique cutting properties. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T, and CAD/CAM outputs. Hands-on experience with CNC setup, tooling selection, and process optimization. A meticulous eye for detail and commitment to producing zero-defect parts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
