Location: Chino, CA Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Commission Schedule: 1st Shift | 8 AM – 5 PM Employment Type: Direct-hire Staffmark has an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional ready to take the next step in their career. We're partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing company seeking a motivated Account Manager to join their team in a dynamic, customer-focused role. This position combines both inside and outside sales responsibilities and is ideal for someone with a background in custom manufacturing, particularly within the metal industry. The right candidate will thrive on building client relationships, managing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting customers through every stage of the sales process. Key Duties:

• Develop new customers through cold calling and company-provided lead generation.
• Explain product capabilities to retailers and identify opportunities for product improvements and new product development.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication, site visits, and solution-based selling.
• Respond to customer requests and deliver effective retail solutions.
• Set and conduct appointments to introduce the company and its product lines using PowerPoint and other presentations.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams.

Requirements:

• 5 years of B2B sales experience
• Positive, driven, and aggressive mindset with the ability to generate and maintain key accounts
• Experience in metal fabrication, display manufacturing, closet/garage design & fabrication, or wood display manufacturing is a plus
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license
